Mathilde Penard is a local finance officer at United Cities and Local Governments (UCLG) World Secretariat. She supports the implementation of UCLG’s Strategy on localising financing for Sustainable Urbanisation and Territorial Development in three main areas: advocacy, experience sharing and learning, and operational work.
