This training manual is designed to strengthen the capacity of frontline workers, camp managers, and relevant stakeholders on decent work principles, legal protections, and advocacy for improved working conditions within IDP settings in Nigeria. It aligns with national labour laws, international labour standards, and human rights frameworks, and promotes a human-centred, rights-based approach to humanitarian response in IDP contexts.
