The study "Care in Chile's New Constitution" addresses the state of development of care - as an orientation, public policy, system and as a right - based on a comparative review of the legislation, institutions and policies of care in Uruguay, Mexico, Ecuador and Chile, in order to identify recommendations for the constituent debate in Chile and for the future discussion about the creation of a Care System, in which feminist and union organizations should be protagonists.
