The study shows how PSI-affiliated unions in 70 countries across all regions are actively seeking or incorporating reproductive health guarantees in collective bargaining agreements, ensuring that reproductive rights are recognised as labour rights.

PSI, together with its affiliate, the Community and Public Sector Union/SPSF (CPSU/SPSF) in Australia, conducted a survey in 2024 to capture unions’ work on the matter and reinforce the union agenda, including the efforts of the PSI World Women’s Committee.
