PSI Africa and Arab countries region is hosting a Young Workers Education and Mentorship Programme (YEMP) this year (2025).

It will be an online programme, which all young workers in affiliates across the continent are encouraged to attend - there is no limit to numbers.

The programme will cover a range of issues - from understanding the basic principles of trade unionism, to exploring the current global challenges facing the trade union movement. The aim of the programme is to strengthen the organisation of young workers into PSI affiliates, and to equip young workers with the tools to be able to participate actively in trade unions, as well as organise and mobilize other young workers.
