President of Cambodian union on hunger strike

The president of PSI-affiliated union in Cambodia on hunger strike on World Public Services Day.

Mr. Phuong Sovan, the president of Cambodia's Independent Civil Servants Association (CICA) went on hunger strike on World Public Services Day.

He demands to improve working conditions and salaries of civil servants. He also demands a guarantee of freedom of association.
