The “Call to Public Authorities” and the “Plan of Action” represent the policy document and action roadmap adopted by the PSI Municipal Waste Workers Network for English-speaking Africa on occasion of the Municipal Waste Services Workshop held for the Sub-Region on 25-26/10/2018 in Nairobi, Kenya.
