This is the second of a series of reports, part of a research project on global waste services, that PSI commissioned to develop its work on the municipal waste sector. The draft report served as background research for the first meeting of the PSI Municipal Waste Services Workshop for English-speaking Africa that took place on 25-26 October 2018 in Nairobi, Kenya.
