Organising Empowered Together: Maldivian Union's Innovative Organising Yields Historic Wins
The Maldives Health Professional's Union (MHPU) has been instrumental in ratification of bills on Industrial Relations and Occupational Health Safety in the country. A strong union, they changed their organising strategy in 2022 with PSI's support, which yielded in major wins and continues to keep the union strong. This video enumerates the strategy and efforts by the MHPU.
