Fifteen participants from India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, and Nepal engaged in discussions on:

• Organising initiatives, challenges & campaign methods

• Mapping and identifying “green dots” (potential organizers)

• Mobilizing workers & setting bold, winnable goals for 2025

Sanitation workers often belong to the most marginalised communities, e.g. Dalits in India, Christian minorities in Pakistan etc. Ensuring them decent work is key to empowering the poorest population. Strong unions are central to this change.
