The outcomes of the workshop were extensive and varied:

  • A committee was formed to follow up on the execution and implementation of activities and programmes related to the issuance of the texts mandated by Law No. 58 of 2017

  • Workplace GBV hotline: Three women trade unionists from the Fédération Générale des Travaux publics et de l’Habitat, Fédération Générale de la Santé and Fédération Nationale de l’Electricité et du Gaz, will oversee the establishment and will be running this hotline, designating a lawyer to handle cases related to gender-based violence.

  • Networking with civil society components to establish a lobbying force on the ground to issue the texts mandated by Law No. 58 of 2017

This workshop was announced and published through social media, and in the near future, radio and television interviews will be conducted.
