Bringing the voices of the workers to this expert dialogue, PSI General Secretary, Rosa Pavanelli, will be speaking on public service delivery at the UN-Habitat Expert Group Meeting (EGM) on Urban Governance.

The EGM will be held on 27-28 April from 2-5.30pm (EAT) | 1-4.30pm CET | 7-10.30am EST.

The purpose of the meeting is to provide a platform for governance experts from different backgrounds to share global and regional perspectives and insights on the current governance challenges, with a view of capturing the key trends and defining some niche areas of work for UN-Habitat, as well as finding synergies and areas of collaboration with external partners.
