Working conditions and funding for health

Following the meeting in May 2020, this meeting of the Health and Social Services Task Force will address the working conditions and funding for health, especially in the context of the current and ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

It will be a virtual meeting with interpretation in English, French and Spanish.

The meeting will review the situation for health workers as the COVID-19 pandemic again puts pressure on the health services. We will also look at privatisation, and organising in the social care sector. We will discuss PSI’s ongoing campaigns on People over Profit and Safe Workers Save Lives.
