To launch the second phase of the PSI MENA Migrant and Refugee Project (2023 – 2027) through examining what we aim to achieve
To develop a concrete work plan for the coming 3 years with focus on 2023
To develop the capacities of the participants in narrative and financial reporting

Activity Planning In National Small Groups: o Formulate an activities’ plan at the country level for the year 2023, o Formulate a preliminary list of activities for 2024 and 2025 considering the results we want to achieve. o What are the risks that may encounter in the implementation? o What the Unions will do to prevent these risks o What are the mitigation plans in case the risks occur?
