The next meeting of the Long-Term Care (LTC) Network will be held online on Tuesday 29th October at 2:30-4.00 pm CET.

Interpretation will be provided in French, Spanish and English.

The event will bring together PSI affiliates representing long-term care workers to discuss the importance of social dialogue in addressing the challenges facing workers in long-term care. With the sector experiencing increasing demands, labour shortages, and shifting care needs, unions play a vital role in fostering meaningful dialogue to secure quality care and fair working conditions. 

We will hear from unions about the challenges and opportunities of pursuing social dialogue in the long-term care sector.

The LTC Network will explore collaborative strategies on how we can support affiliates to approach social dialogue to improve workers well-being and the quality of care provided to those in need.
