An in-person and live-streamed official side event of the Second International Migration Review (IMRF) taking place in New York City, NY.

PSI alongside the International Trade Union Confederation (ITUC) and other bodies are hosting this discussion which will centre on how care perspectives can be brought to influence migration policymaking and policy outcomes.

Speakers will examine how migration policies can uphold the right to care, be designed to protect migrant care workers, and how organisations can support more coherent, rights-based approach in the treatment and care of migrants across countries of origin, transit, and destination.
