During this interactive event women union leaders and allied CSOs on working on climate action will share their vision for ambitious caring gender-transformative just transition plans. These plans are essential to preserve our planet, adequately address the care crises and the profound inequalities and inequities in the world of work. We must build resilient, sustainable and just societies, equipped to respond to the climate emergency, and to meet the targets set out in the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. Speakers will reflect on challenges and share good practices that will address the global climate emergency.
