The 15th Executive Board session of the World Health Organization (WHO) takes place at the WHO Headquarters in Geneva on 22-27 January 2024. PSI takes the voice of health and care workers and your trade unions to the WHO’s Executive Board, as the only organised labour body in official relations with the WHO as a Non-State Actor (NSA).

The EB154 will develop a provisional agenda for the 77th session of the World Health Assembly, which takes place on 27 May – 1 June 2024. Agenda items of concern to health and care workers at the Executive Board meeting include: Universal health coverage (UHC), Draft global action plan for infection prevention and control, WHO’s work in health emergencies, Global Health and Peace Initiative, Social determinants of health Climate change and health, and Economics and health for all.
