Dr Godsen Mohandoss is an experienced development professional who has worked with several international and national organisations in labour, human rights and other related sectors in India. With a doctorate degree in the area of labour and gender, he is passionate advocate of upholding decent work amongst working communities.

Godsen started working at PSI Asia Pacific as a Campaign Coordinator based in Chennai, India, on 1st July 2020. He works to ensure the implementation of the PSI strategy to strengthen the capacity of unions in South Asia to fight privatisation and defend quality public services.
