PSI union Fenpruss has denounced a concerning authoritarian trend in several of the country's health services. The practices include salary deductions for union leave, arbitrary transfers, unjustified dismissals of leaders, baseless reopening of administrative proceedings, and retaliation against those who report harassment and workplace violence.
