Overview

The Samoa Public Service Association (SPSA) is a non-governmental organization, an independent body guided by its own Constitution. It is also an industrial organization which represents the interests of public service workers in their workplace.

Established in 1969, the SPSA is Samoa’s sole union representing public service workers. Our union has played an important role in the history of modern Samoa, and we’re proud of the significant victories we have secured for our members for over four decades. We also provide mutual aid and support for our hundreds of members during times of crisis or emergency, including natural disaster.

If you are a public service worker in Samoa, we are your union. Join the SPSA to ensure we all have a strong voice.
